The '50 Faces of the Holy Land' project is a photographic exhibition curated by Friends of the Holy Land, designed to highlight and promote the lives of the Christian people in Israel, Gaza and Palestine.

A dramatic display of twelve huge textile panels retelling the creation story in the Book of Genesis. Created by textile artist Jacqui Parkinson.

This summer three remarkable British Library manuscripts are to be exhibited in the Crypt of Rochester Cathedral as part of our series of Textus 900 celebrations. Each volume is full of stories about the life and works of the Priory of Saint Andrew at Rochester.

A rarely seen portrait by renowned artist Sir Joshua Reynolds is to be displayed at Rochester Cathedral to mark the Tricentenary of his birth. The portrait depicts former Bishop of Rochester, Dr John Thomas.

Luke Jerram’s spectacular Gaia is now on display at Rochester Cathedral

Ribbons of Remembrance is an artwork by local artists. It has been made from ribbons tied to our railings in 2021 to mark the first anniversary of lockdown as a sign of love and affection for those who had died because of Covid 19.

Rochester Cathedral’s floors will be carpeted with 5000 metal leaves as part of a reflective memorial to the coronavirus pandemic. The Leaves of the Trees is by artist Peter Walker and will be on display in the Quire from the 24th April - 22nd May.

Created by local artist Amber Rose. The Kent Corona Quilt contains the names of 88 people lost to Covid-19 in Kent. It is dedicated to our loved ones lost to COVID-19 and created to offer comfort and support to those left to grieve in isolation during lockdowns.
